Alana has a background in business tourism and currently serves as the Walgett Local Connector, Community Concierge and Orana Welcome Experience Regional Coordinator with RDA Orana, supporting key workers and agencies relocate and settle in our region. With more than 18 years of customer service experience in local government, she has honed her skills in project management, community development, and stakeholder engagement. Her role involves engaging with a number of public sector stakeholder organisations, leading initiatives like Walgett’s first Employer Roundtable, and providing high-level advice on critical community issues.
