Khushaal Vyas is a Sydney-based lawyer, social commentator and community advocate. A former corporate lawyer, he is now a Senior Solicitor at Youth Law Australia where he provides free legal advice and representation to young people across the country on employment law matters including discrimination, dismissals, sexual harassment, underpayments and workplace exploitation. His work at university as well as in professional life has also involved working with youth in Dubbo & Trangie. Khushaal also serves on the Advisory Board of Multicultural NSW and is a Board Director at Youth Action NSW. Khushaal is also a regular commentator on issues of law, multiculturalism and youth advocacy and has been featured in a variety of mainstream and multicultural outlets including ABC, Sydney Morning Herald, Guardian, Crikey and Indian Link. Recognised as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 awards and past winner of the NSW Premier’s Multicultural Youth Medal, Khushaal is passionate about building fairer, more inclusive communities and empowering diverse voices in Australia’s public life.
