Biography

Megan is an award-winning, multi-qualified professional businesswoman and experienced executive board member with a niche for turning ideas into reality. In 2023 The Australian Newspaper recognised Megan as one of Australia’s Top 100 Energy Players and she was also a finalist in the Clean Energy Council Awards. Megan is a Co-Founder and Director of Circular PV Alliance, Australia’s first industry body focused on the solar energy circular economy.

Megan’s 20+ year career includes various appointments in public, private and non-profit organisations. Megan’s dynamic skillset and astute interpersonal skills bring immense value to projects at the initial development and initiation stage, where strategic thinking and effective communications are required to galvanise teams and achieve project lift-off.

An accomplished speaker and facilitator, Megan is regularly invited to industry events in Australia and around the world, recently as a sessional keynote and panellist at the inaugural Middle East and North Africa Solar Conference in Dubai. In 2022 Megan was awarded the Cresswell Prize by the EESA, a technical society of Engineers Australia and was a guest speaker at the EEA conference in New Zealand in 2023.
