Brooke Watts is an agribusiness professional, speaker and founder of Business with Brooke. Raised on her family farm near Molong in Central West NSW, Brooke has built her career around creating opportunities, strengthening connections and supporting the future of regional Australia.

Working across agriculture, communications, education and business, Brooke has experience spanning agricultural innovation, industry engagement, youth development and community leadership. She is also involved in extension and agricultural project delivery and has worked across a range of initiatives supporting young people to explore pathways and careers within agriculture and regional industries.

Brooke is passionate about showcasing the diversity of opportunities available within agriculture and helping young people see that there are many pathways into the industry beyond traditional on-farm roles. Through speaking, workshops, mentoring and industry projects, she is committed to encouraging the next generation to build meaningful careers while contributing to vibrant regional communities.
