Drew is the General Manager Operations / Soils and Pastures agronomist with Precision Pastures, where he works at the intersection of pasture management, livestock production and soil carbon, with a strong focus on improving productivity and long-term land stewardship.

Drew is also involved with the Central West Young Aggies, a network that connects young people in agriculture across the Central West, promoting innovation, collaboration, and leadership within the industry. These groups play an important role in strengthening regional communities and supporting the next generation of agricultural professionals.

In addition to his professional work in agriculture, Drew plays an active leadership role in regional sport as President of the Dubbo Kangaroos Rugby Club. In this role, he is responsible for guiding club strategy, fostering community engagement, and supporting the development of players and volunteers across all grades. Through his combined involvement in agriculture, sport, and industry networks, Drew demonstrates a strong commitment to regional development and the advancement of sustainable and connected rural communities.
