Passionate about people, partnerships and creating environments for growth, Rebecca Rodgers is a driving force in the agribusiness sector. Growing up on her family’s farm in Hay, NSW, she brings a grounded, practical perspective to building high-performing, sustainable teams and cultures.

With over 15 years' experience leading HR, WHS and ESG initiatives across commercial and agricultural industries, Rebecca has been a key part of Delta Agribusiness since 2014, where she heads up People, Safety and Sustainability. She is committed to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, challenging people and the status quo to strengthen the future of Australian agriculture.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development, is a certified HR professional, and a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
