The premier regional business conference focused on innovation in the resources and energy sectors.
The three-day event presents an excellent opportunity for attendees to connect with industry experts and explore the latest innovations and practices in the energy and resources industries.
The Forum will allow participants to identify opportunities and build connections to encourage collaboration on the big issues affecting communities now and in the future.
Day 1 of the program will feature a series of Orana region project updates and three panel discussions focused on the key themes of energy, resources, workforce and migration. With a fantastic lineup of industry-leading speakers, these sessions will explore the challenges and opportunities facing the Orana region and inland Australia as they navigate the energy transition, resource innovation, and the future workforce.
Day 2 will be the Energy + Circularity Summit, new to the REIIF program for 2025 and co-hosted with Circular PV Alliance. Offering a dedicated exploration of how the energy sector can move from traditional, linear models of production and consumption to a fully circular economy approach. The Summit will bring together stakeholders to view the energy transition through the lens of circularity, collaboratively identifying what is needed from government, community, and private enterprise to build a truly integrated and sustainable energy ecosystem.
Clean energy innovation is moving at a rapid pace, but it needs to accelerate even faster if the world is to reach net zero emissions by 2050.
Regional Development Australia Orana, wants to ensure that regional NSW, especially the Orana, doesn't miss out on emerging technology and new industries that bring job creation and economic growth.
Being part of the renewable energy zone, puts our region in an enviable position to value add and build on what has already been invested in.
