Ben Lewis is an experienced business leader with more than 20 years’ experience across workforce strategy, recruitment and labour hire for industrial businesses across Australia. He has worked extensively with regional industries, supporting employers to navigate skills shortages, workforce mobility challenges and changing economic conditions.

Ben is deeply committed to regional Australia and has a strong track record of contributing to local communities through employment generation, economic participation, sponsorship and support of community initiatives. His work has focused on creating sustainable workforce pathways that not only support industry, but also deliver long-term benefits to regional towns and families

He has contributed to government and industry discussions on workforce policy, including Senate inquiries and regional workforce initiatives; bringing a practical, on-the-ground perspective to complex challenges.

A former Australian Infantry Officer and Non-Executive Director of a veteran charity, Ben brings a community-focused and service-driven mindset to his role, and is passionate about supporting the continued growth and prosperity of regions such as Orana.
