Michele Mini is an economic development and finance professional with more than 20 years of experience across local government, regional development, community services and financial management. Since 2022, she has served as Manager Economic Development at Mid-Western Regional Council, leading economic development, investment attraction, major events, corporate communications and several commercial operations.

Michele is passionate about supporting regional communities and driving economic growth and investment. She is currently a Director of Kanandah Retirement Limited and brings expertise in governance, finance and organisational leadership. Michele is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
