Alana has a background in business tourism and currently serves as a Local Connector and Community Concierge with RDA Orana where she has successfully delivered The Welcome Experience (TWE) program, supporting key workers and agencies. With more than 18 years of customer service experience in local government, she has honed her skills in project management, community development, and stakeholder engagement. Her role involves engaging with a number of public sector stakeholder organisations, leading initiatives like Walgett’s first Employer Roundtable, and providing high-level advice on critical community issues.
