Migration Manager

Micka joined the RDA Orana team in 2026, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience across the food, hospitality, and business sectors. With a strong background in operations, purchasing, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, he now leads migration and DAMA coordination across the Orana region, supporting businesses to address workforce shortages and access skilled migration pathways.

Based in Dubbo, Micka is passionate about regional communities and committed to helping local businesses grow sustainably through practical workforce solutions and strong industry relationships. He works closely with employers, migration agents, government stakeholders, and regional partners to guide endorsement processes and support regional workforce development initiatives.

With qualifications in business and management, alongside extensive leadership experience, Micka is known for his organised approach, analytical mindset, ability to navigate complex processes with professionalism and care, as well as his genuine appreciation for a well-built Excel spreadsheet. His background across fast-paced industries has equipped him with strong problem-solving skills and a practical understanding of workforce and operational challenges faced by regional businesses.

Outside of work, Micka enjoys creative projects, food, and spending time with family and friends.
